Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. All quotes are provided on an obligation-free basis. You only make payment if you decide to proceed with a booking.
What types of flights can I book with SkyClub?
We specialise in business and first-class flight bookings. In addition, we can arrange hotels, airport transfers, and other travel components as part of a complete itinerary when required.

No. We do not charge service fees. All quotes are fully inclusive of applicable charges, with no hidden costs.

Can I hold a fare before booking?
In many cases, yes. Depending on airline rules and availability, we may be able to hold a fare for a short period while you review your plans. Your specialist will advise on the options available.
Can I make changes after booking?
Yes. Travel plans can change, and our team is available to assist with amendments, upgrades, or rebooking, subject to airline fare rules and availability.
Do you price match?
If you find a like-for-like premium fare elsewhere, you’re welcome to share it with us. Where possible, we’ll aim to match or improve the offer.
